📈 Good results, strengthened financial position, robust business strategy. ➡️ Equity: CHF 13 151 million ➡️ Liquidity: CHF 7 355 million ➡️ Adjusted EBIT: CHF 1 848 million Our CEO Christoph Brand looks back at another successful financial year and reflects on the highlights in the areas of #nuclear, #hydro, #solar, #wind, #batteries, #hydrogen and #securityofsupply. Our innovative approach in offering tailored customer solutions is perhaps most evident in the example of vegetable growers in France who, thanks to the Axpo Group, were able to secure fixed-price contracts for the long term. 🗨️ "I look forward to what we'll tackle next at Axpo", concludes CEO Christoph Brand. 🔗 Curious to learn more? https://lnkd.in/eR9q7_P4 #AnnualResults #FinancialYear #AnnualReport #financialresults

📊 Another successful financial year (1 Oct 2023 – 30 Sept 2024) for #Axpo. Key take-aways: 🎯 Our diversified strategy continued to pay off in a normalised environment. ☑️ All divisions made good progress, with the largest contribution to earnings coming once again from our international customer and trading business. ☀️ We further expanded the generation of electricity from wind and solar power plants and played a pioneering role in hydrogen, biogas and energy storage systems. 🗨️ "Axpo is in a stronger position today than ever before. Our portfolio for electricity generation and transmission over the coming years includes projects totalling around CHF 2 billion. We’re proud of our combination of strong Swiss roots and international growth, and remain convinced that this provides Axpo with the best possible chance of remaining successful over the long term." said the Axpo Group CEO Christoph Brand. We will continue to: 1️⃣ Contribute significantly to a secure energy supply system 2️⃣ Advance the energy transition and build #renewables 3️⃣ Grow our customer business with energy trading solutions Our annual, financial and sustainability reports, as well as the press release, and many other resources are available on our dedicated web page ➡ 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eR9q7_P4 Key figures in a nutshell. 👇🏼 #AnnualResults #FinancialYear #AnnualReport

🌱 How is Axpo France reshaping the future of French farming? 🌾 In heating greenhouses, many French vegetable growers rely on government-supported CHP (combined heat and power) technology. This allows them to benefit from lower fuel costs and a CO2 recovery. Yet, with such subsidies being phased out by 2030, farmers are increasingly exposed to gas price volatility, making it harder to plan, compete, and ultimately sell their vegetables. 🔐 Axpo’s long-term, fixed-price contracts and strategic partnerships with banks and industry leaders protect farmers from market fluctuations, boosting financial stability and energy efficiency. 🗨️ “Thanks to Axpo, I now have a six-year outlook, which strengthens the company's financial security and growth,” says farmer Pierre Guyomar, from Les serres de Kerfiet. 👇 Watch this video to discover how Axpo is driving economic resilience and environmental responsibility in French agriculture. #Axpo #EnergyMarkets #EnergySolutions #PPAs
