SPECIALTY COFFEE Coffee roasts are selected by Barkboy and poured to perfection in any form. Inspired by the American diner culture, we serve a new generation of filter coffee. With the slow-drip technique our grind and drip create a light-colored filter coffee. Our home-made pastries are baked fresh daily in our in-house bakery. We serve a selection of buns (cinnamon, cardamom and chocolate) and signature chunky cookies packed with natural ingredients. TIMELESS ELEGANCE , LASTING IMPACT We've chosen materials that stand the test of time. By investing in quality, long-lasting materials we want to reduce waste. A 5meter long marble counter invites customers in. The set-up allows you to enjoy the making of your specialty coffee from the grinding of your choice of bean and the brewing of your coffee. SIP, REUSE, & SAVE We also designed our Barkboy see-through cans so you can enjoy your freshly filled drink for postponed consumption or on-the-go. With the reusable lid that is available soon in our shop you can reuse your can with each visit and get a discount on your order. We don't charge extra for plant-based alternatives to milk. FROM WASTE TO WONDER Our delightful Cascara Iced Tea, a refreshing drink crafted from the discarded fruit of coffee cherries. By repurposing this 'coffee cherry tea,' we're reducing waste and stimulating organic farming. BREWED TO FASHION By harnessing the rich tones of our brewed coffee, we're exploring the world of natural dyeing. From earthy browns to warm hues, the possibilities are endless.
