En particulier, nous croyons fermement que diversité des équipes et performance financière vont de pair 💼✨. 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐢 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐫 ? 🤔 Nous ne voulons pas sacrifier l’un pour l’autre. Notre thèse repose sur un 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞̀𝐥𝐞 𝐝’𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 (vs. neutre ou négative), où l'on ne se contente pas de viser des rendements élevés, mais aussi de contribuer à un changement positif dans notre environnement. Now, I'm 𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂 𝒃𝒊𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒂𝒙𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒔 𝒂 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 “𝒕𝒐𝒐𝒍”. Here's a quick overview: 1️⃣ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: We look at a mix of objective criteria (like experience and skills) and subjective factors (like charisma and reputation). We categorize teams into Exceptional, Average+, Average-, and Strong Doubts based on these criteria. 2️⃣ 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬: We assess the market size and trend. Clear "Go" for large, positive-trend markets, and a definite "No Go" for small, negative-trend markets. The real challenge (and opportunity) lies in the in-between. 3️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞: Is it revolutionary or optimizing the existing? Revolutionaries have slower adoption but can create huge impact. Optimizers must be nearly perfect to stand out. 4️⃣ 𝐆𝐨-𝐭𝐨-𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭: Proven playbooks matter! For new founders, it's all about traction and having a solid, adaptable strategy.
