SFPIM-International : successful capital increase. SFPIM International successfully completes a new capital increase of circa 21 million Euro, increasing its resources to more than EUR 100 million.   Thanks to the support of SFPIM and BNP Paribas Fortis, the international subsidiary of the Belgian sovereign wealth fund has new resources to support the international expansion of Belgian companies. With half a century of experience, SFPIM-International will have financed more than 300 projects in 50 different countries. This new capital increase will be a follow up on the 50 million completed in 2022.   In the first half of 2024, Belgian company projects were financed in the Nordic countries, the United States, the Netherlands and Spain and Ivory Coast. #smartcapitalforbelgium #capitalincrease #augmentationdecapital #kapitaalverhoging

The Board of Directors of SFPIM-International was welcomed by BIA GROUP in Overijse . BIA GROUP is a century old family owned corporate specialized in the #supply of heavy equipment goods for the #construction, #energy, #transport and earthmoving industry in the Benelux and in many sub-Saharan countries. As an introduction to the Board Meeting of SFPIM-International, VINCENT BIA, the CEO of the company gave a highly interesting speech on how the company has been able to tackle the many #ESG challenges it has to deal with. A visit of the impressive Fleurus site where large machines are maintained and even fully rehabilitated was part of the day.
