    Bopro has partnered with Federia to develop, together with LookandFin, a continuous professional training programme for the Syndic Reno Support project. Due to the major obstacles and complexity in #renovating co-owned properties, which can cause delays in action, Syndic Reno Support was developed. Supported by the Walloon RENOBATIX ID programme and backed by Federia the federation of French-speaking real estate agents. The aim is to support and ease the renovation of co-owned properties by targeting professional real estate agents. To do so, a training course is needed that covers all aspects of #energy renovation in co-owned properties, including technical choices, financing, decision-making, etc. And, that's where Bopro's expert Steven Beckers comes in!     🔵 𝗞𝗖𝗖 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: Bopro 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 Have you ever been challenged to redesign a shopping center🛍️ with sustainability in mind? Well, that’s exactly what a select group of students had the opportunity to explore a few weeks ago! Under the guidance of the exceptional consultants from Bopro, Arthy and Lise, students delved into a case on sustainability and real estate🏙️. The case tasked students with finding the best solution to reduce energy demand, improve energy efficiency and maximise renewable energy usage for a Brussels shopping centre. Before diving into the case, students were given an informative presentation covering: 1️⃣ An introduction to BoPro, 2️⃣ The specifics of the case to be solved, 3️⃣ Essential skills needed to solve the case, including the use of CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor), which is a tool that helps companies evaluate and reduce carbon emissions at the asset level. Armed with this knowledge and newfound skills, students broke out into their respective teams and got right on to solving the case. Our expert consultants were ready to assist them with any questions throughout their solving. Once the case had been cracked and answers presented, it was time for the networking session. 🍽️ With fresh snacks and cool drinks enjoyed over great conversations. A heartfelt thank you to Bopro for collaborating on this event with us, to Arthy and Lise for spending the evening imparting such knowledge, and to all the selected students for the curiosity and intelligence displayed throughout the evening.
