TO ALL YOU WONDERFUL CANDIDATES – REFLECTIONS ON THE JOB FAIR IN MUNICH jobmesse deutschland ✨ A huge thank you to all the amazing candidates I had the pleasure of meeting at the job fair in Munich! Each and every one of you left a lasting impression on me. Your talent, passion, and drive were truly inspiring. 💡 The reality we face: Germany desperately needs highly qualified and experienced professionals. Yet, outdated and impractical hiring processes often stand in the way of integrating these skilled individuals into the workforce. 💡 Common barriers for candidates: - Not yet fluent in German - Lack of prior European work experience 💡 Why aren’t we more open, flexible, and willing to embrace the potential of these talented individuals? While I left the job fair deeply impressed by the conversations I had, I also couldn’t help but feel a sense of frustration. No candidate should face rejection or feel exposed due to bureaucratic barriers. 🚀 My personal approach: I take a different path - treating every candidate with respect and care, carefully evaluating how and where I can integrate them.
