Reimagine Mainetti: The Roadshow came to New Jersey, USA last week for the seventh stop on its around-the-world tour. The event brought the message of our transformation strategies to our People after visits to Venice, Helmond, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Chester, and Chennai. Company leaders helped to Define our Brand, sharing our Innovation pipeline, Sustainability strategy, Marketing metrics, Digital transformation timeline, and breakthroughs in Product design and engineering. The next day, the Americas commercial team held its annual Sales Meeting, embedding the strategy from the Roadshow into account planning. After two intense days, the Americas team is ready to Create the Future as One Mainetti. Our CEO Roberto Peruzzo visited Mainetti offices and production sites across China at the end of October. He toured our manufacturing operations and received updates on production enhancements from the management teams. Roberto shared his perspective on our company mission, vision, and motto, and communicated the latest operational goals to the team. Colleagues expressed appreciation for the leadership's strategies and adherence to its core values of Respect, Integrity, Commitment, and Collaboration. Roberto led ribbon-cutting ceremonies throughout the country, including the dedication of advanced production lines in Dongguan; Mainetti Academy in Shenzhen; and a new office space in Shanghai. As Roberto made his way across Asia, he listened and learned and shared his wisdom with all of us. By spending time with our CEO, we better understood the importance of a collaborative approach and our emphasis on continuous improvement. Recently Mainetti participated in the ASML Marathon Eindhoven in the Netherlands, joining 30,000 runners in support of Run Against Cancer. It is the largest two-day sports event in North Brabant. Several team members took part in the City Run, with a run right through the center of Eindhoven. The following day a few teammates ran the RSM 1/4 Marathon on another beautiful route through the city in front of a cheering crowd of thousands of fans. None of our representatives consider themselves a “runner” so it took commitment and determination to reach the finish. We are happy to report that everyone met their goals. The real motivation behind the event is that we collect money for Run Against Cancer to support cancer research. The ASML Marathon Eindhoven supports the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF), calling on every participant to contribute to a better life for people affected by cancer. It’s feels rewarding and fulfilling to cross the finish line with our colleagues while supporting such a great cause. Congratulations to the team in North Europe for completing another milestone together.
