Opnieuw dank aan Claar om onze projecten zo mooi in beeld te brengen. Dit is het collectief dakterras van ons cohousingproject in Lokeren. Naast 20 individuele woningen en appartementen met tuintjes en terrassen worden de bewoners ook mede-eigenaar van onder meer dit collectieve dakterras, midden in het gloednieuwe Hoedhaarpark en met zicht op de stad. Hier kan je familie of vrienden uitnodigen, thuiswerken in de coworking, elkaar ontmoeten of genieten van de rust van het park. Start werken: begin 2025. Goed nieuws voor fietsers op de fietssnelweg F1 tussen Mechelen en Antwerpen! De Stad Antwerpen keurde het #voorontwerp goed voor een nieuwe #fietsbrug over het kruispunt met de Arbeidersstraat in Berchem. Dagelijks passeren hier meer dan 5.000 fietsers, wat voor onveilige situaties zorgt aan het verkeerslicht. Dat lossen we samen met de Stad Antwerpen en Lantis op met een nieuw verhoogd fietspad langs de spoorlijn. Zo schakelen we een versnelling hoger voor de veiligheid, de doorstroming en jullie fietscomfort. Werp alvast een blik op de toekomst met de visualisaties van Claar. Midden 2027 zal je over dit nieuwe stukje #infrastructuur kunnen fietsen.
