After a career at Deceuninck spanning over 22 years, Ann Bataillie transferred her responsibilities as General Counsel to Eline Dujardin, effective July 1st, 2024. Eline has been with Deceuninck as part of the legal team since 2016, steadily expanding her responsibilities and expertise. Her dedication and deep knowledge have made her a trusted business partner within our company, preparing her well for this management role. We would like to thank Ann for her contributions as General Counsel. Ann, always highly motivated and skilled colleague, was at the heart of Deceuninck, literally and physically . Her contributions and commitments leave a lasting impact into Deceuninck. We are deeply grateful for that. She will continue to serve as the Company Secretary to the Board.
