    You’d be surprised at how much inappropriate stuff happens to me IN PUBLIC. 🥴 It’s just rarely captured on camera. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the fans and interacting with people! 🤝 But I also know how it feels to be objectified. I’ve come to accept it, but it’s still worth discussing. Some folks just can’t help themselves, especially if they have money and/or alcohol is involved 💰🍹🍾🍺 (Still no excuse) This woman at the Hard Rock SuperBowl event, probably doesn’t even remember this moment 🏈🤦🏾♂️ So I don’t take it personally. But I have had several men reach out to me about this post on YouTube and TikTok, stating that they’ve had similar instances like this where they were uncomfortable. So, I’m speaking up for the fellas! ✊🏾 lol And ladies, I feel your pain, when men are overly aggressive and intrude your bodily space without consent. I dislike people touching me too much, without permission.     Disability Etiquette: Small Actions, Big Impact! Inclusive behavior starts with understanding and respect. Here are a few simple but essential tips for engaging with people with disabilities: 👉🏿 Don’t lean on or place items on a person’s wheelchair—it’s part of their personal space. 👉🏾 Speak at eye level when conversing with someone in a wheelchair. (Where possible) 👉🏻 Not all deaf people read lips—ask their preferred method of communication. 👉🏽 Let individuals with low vision take your arm for guidance—and always announce when you’re leaving their presence.     When we discuss disabilities, we often think in terms of the visible and the invisible. But what about those experiences that land in the middle ground, where the lines between visible and invisible blur? This space, represented by the question mark in the image, is where many individuals with disabilities live—caught between clear categories and often misunderstood as a result. Consider conditions like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis (MS), or certain types of chronic pain. These experiences might not always be visible but can manifest in ways that make them hard to categorize. People with these conditions may not use assistive devices like wheelchairs, yet their disability impacts their daily lives in profound ways. Latest research emphasizes the importance of recognizing these nuanced experiences. The lack of visibility can lead to fewer accommodations, less understanding, and a sense of exclusion from both the disability community and broader society.     Around 76% of high-performing women reportedly receive negative feedback from their managers compared to just 2% of high-performing men—this comes from data collected from 23,000 employees across 250 organizations, by the way. Why is this happening? Unconscious bias leads managers, male or female, to typically evaluate women during performance reviews on their personality, rather than the work they contribute. Are they easy to work with? Do they get along with everyone? Are they likable and collaborative? These areas of feedback don’t necessarily touch on a woman’s performance, which hurts both the employee and the employer. The employee, remember, is a high performer. She’s going to be looking for concrete ways to grow and progress in her career. If she’s receiving feedback on how nice she is… well, she might start looking for work elsewhere. Managers: keep in constructive. Keep it fair. And hold on to top talent!
