🏙️ Last week, our #TwinningProgramme held a capacity building and mentoring session on Diversity and Inclusion Offices in municipalities, to create more equitable and inclusive urban environments. 💡 Our two brilliant speakers Rie Ollendorf (Secretary of the City of Aarhus Accessibility Council) and Sharmila Kaur (Joint Director of Equality and Engagement at NHS Manchester Integrated Care Partnership) discussed how structured policies foster inclusion and how o value users' involvement.  This event was an inspiring moment to make sure that diversity and inclusion are at the core of our cities. #diversityandinclusion #InclusiveCities #DiversityMatters #CapacityBuilding #UrbanDevelopment
