🚀 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬!   We are pleased to announce that 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 Launch Diagnostics Limited, a leading distributor of in vitro diagnostics (IVD) in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.   At this stage, we have completed the 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 of the transaction, and in the coming weeks, we will work through the 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. Once finalised, Launch Diagnostics will officially become part of the Palex family. This acquisition represents an important step in 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 and reinforces our mission to provide healthcare professionals with innovative and high-quality diagnostic solutions.   At Palex, we believe that growth is not just about expansion—it’s about 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬. REY Médical SA was founded in 2003 and is a distributor of medical equipment and accessories in minimal invasive surgery, with strong focus on hernia treatment, colorectal & bariatric surgery, and OR accessories. REY Médical SA has a well-established reputation on the Swiss healthcare market, delivering a wide range of hospitals and clinics across the country, with a rich portfolio of high-quality and innovative devices from renowned brands. This acquisition fits into Duomed’s strategy to grow as the leading distribution platform of value-added MedTech solutions for healthcare providers across Europe. By combining its current expertise in Switzerland on endoscopy, with REY Médical SA’s strength in surgery, Duomed will be able to enhance its offering to Swiss medical care teams, with the aim to improve patients’ outcomes.
