Drei spannende Tage E-Invoicing Exchange Summit in der goldenen Stadt Prag sind zu Ende gegangen. Es war mein erstes Event in neuer Funktion bei Dynatos und zugleich eine sehr lehrreiche Veranstaltung sowie eine perfekte Gelegenheit sich mit internationalen Experten und Peers anderer Software-Anbieter zum Thema E-Invoicing und Tax Reporting auszutauschen. Vielen Dank an meine Kollegin und Routty Produktmanagerin Nele Janssens für die charmante Unterstützung. Die letzten drei Tage haben mir eines verdeutlicht: Die VIDA Direktive der Europäischen Kommission und die damit einhergehenden Auswirkungen sind SME's und multinationalen Konzernen insbesondere im deutschsprachigen Raum noch nicht vollends bewusst. Zum 01.01.2025 tritt das deutsche Mandat in Kraft - ab diesem Zeitpunkt sind Unternehmen verpflichtet, elektronische (B2B) Rechnungen zu empfangen (und nein, damit sind nicht reine PDF-Rechnungen via E-Mail gemeint). Noch etwas mehr als drei Monate, in denen die Zeit im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes drängt. Doch bereits jetzt lohnt es sich größer und weitreichender zu denken, denn die nächsten Mandate treten bereits 2027 bzw. 2028 in Kraft. Themen wie OpenPeppol, X-Rechnung oder ZUGFeRD sind für einige Ansprechpartner im F&A-Umfeld teilweise immer noch Neuland. Dynatos als einer der führenden Software-Hersteller im Bereich E-Invoicing kann hier unterstützen - sowohl von fachlicher bzw. prozessualer Seite, als auch mit unserer Routty E-Invoicing Plattform, mit der Sie vollumfänglich auf alle legislativen Veränderungen vorbereitet sind.
