We have successfully completed the installation of our IGBT Hydrogen Electrolysis #Rectifiers in service containers, providing efficient DC power for green #hydrogen #electrolysis. XINTC is the leading developer, builder and marketer of scalable multi-core electrolyser systems for the global hydrogen technology mid-market. Its product-oriented approach ensures that all components and system modules are standardized. XINTC is the only company capable of operating its electrolyser fully dynamically through direct coupling with photovoltaic. Borri and XINTC have developed in close collaboration a containerized solution which includes the AC/DC rectifiers for coupling with AC sources and PV power source. Each 1.2 MW electrolyser setup is equipped with four AC/DC rectifiers. To facilitate the emerging hydrogen market, a modular engineering design approach is used to develop a containerized alkaline water electrolysis system. This containerized system achieves a high degree of modularity by utilizing multiple modular sections. Each section functions as a stand-alone hydrogen production station, containing all necessary components required for safe hydrogen production. Borri rectifiers, contained in the PCM (Power & Control Module) work in parallel with the PV DC source to compensate, stabilize and take over the PV DC power supply to maintain hydrogen production. This ensures the electrolyser maintain the optimal operating V/I curve. The high efficiency and low THDi (Total Harmonic Distortion) Borri rectifiers make these systems ready for immediate plug-in installation at client plant with existing power network. “XINTC chose Borri due to their extensive experience, in-depth technical knowledge and willingness to provide a bespoke solution for XINTC.
