  • After having established the European Engineering Skills Council last year, the Engineers4Europe project, funded under ERASMUS+, is pleased to present its first draft version of a comprehensive “European Engineering Skills Strategy” https://lnkd.in/e7Y-gBre. This document was based on the exhaustive and collective research undertaken by 61 persons, representing 27 institutions and companies, from 13 EU-countries. It examines the gap between the demand and the supply side of engineering skills and provides clear recommendations and actionable measures for higher education institutions, professional organizations representing the profession, industry reps and policy makers. The document also includes 15 “Best Practice Examples”. ENGINEERS EUROPE is inviting all stakeholder groups to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions to complement and finalize the E4E Skills Strategy for publication in 2025. These comments and suggestions are welcomed at e4e@engineerseurope.com.
