Our teammates are encouraged to develop their talents and embrace continuous growth. Learning from one another is a cornerstone of our culture, as beautifully demonstrated by Carolin Lohmann. Carolin is HR Change & Project Manager at Etex Ratingen, Germany, and was invited to join our Etex Explorer programme together with 18 other teammates from around the globe. The programme was a transformative experience for Carolin, helping her uncover her strengths and identify areas for growth, which she continues to develop today. Discover her story—it’s a wonderful example of how you can learn, grow, and lead with us.👉 https://lnkd.in/egCZMmvB #LearnGrowAndLead #TeammateStories #TeammatesOfEtex #InspiringWaysOfLiving

🇧🇪 Belgium 🇧🇷 Brasil I am thankful for this week, in which I had the opportunity to be with our Brasilien Team, some of our best customers and part of the Royal Economic Mission of Her Royal Highness Princess Astrid of Belgium in São Paulo. When people from different businesses, lifestyles and cultural backgrounds meet, there is a significant learning experience. Here’s my takeaways: 🇧🇷 Brasil is a buzzing economy with exciting growth opportunities - so is our team! 🇧🇪 Belgium and Belgians have a deep connection to Brasil - and many decided to make a living and successful business here. I am still learning how “Belgium” works and I advanced during the mission. 🏢 Sustainable Building stock in Brasil needs development and #Etex plays a key role in capturing this improvement potential. 🚖 Going back and forth between our business’ hands-on reality and high-class networking events and plenary discussions added spice to life. Thanks to so many people I discussed & learned with during these last days especially my fellow travellers Rolf Van Rompaey,Victor Gilman, Mario Loor.

Our teammates are encouraged to learn, grow and lead, and follow their own path. Chiara Selvaggi from Etex Filago, in Italy, took her career into her own hands. She started as a front office intern and now is a Customer Care teammate. During her journey, she got the chance to develop her commercial talent and is now skilled in identifying possible new collaborations. Take a look at her Teammate Story and discover how we, as teammates, keep learning from one another. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dNvA3gzH #LearnGrowAndLead #TeammateStories #TeammatesOfEtex #InspiringWaysOfLiving

At Etex, we believe in helping our teammates become the best they can be. As a teammate, you have the power to learn, grow, and lead in inspiring ways. Take Jessica Joy, for example—she's been with us for 13 years, starting in customer service before moving through several roles in Supply Chain. Today, she's a Planning Manager at Siniat Australia, grateful for the opportunities she embraced along the way. Watch her inspiring story and take a moment to reflect on your own journey of personal growth. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eB43xTkB #LearnGrowAndLead #TeammateStories #TeammatesOfEtex #InspiringWaysOfLiving

In Leeds, our Remagin offsite construction factory played a key role in creating affordable retirement communities in parts of the UK where development was once considered unfeasible. Using Remagin's Category 2 MMC light gauge steel frame (LGSF) panel solutions, we successfully delivered 51 high-quality apartments. These innovative systems are not only highly efficient and cost-effective but also offer a sustainable alternative to traditional construction methods—helping us build smarter, faster, and greener. 👉 #Remagin #OffsiteConstruction #InspiringWaysOfLiving

We were delighted to receive a visit from Homes England recently. Shahi Islam, Director Affordable Housing, and Ruth Ryan, Assistant Director Affordable Housing Delivery, were shown around Remagin's Leeds manufacturing facility following a tour of McCarthy Stone's Sydney Grange development in Failsworth, Oldham.   Sydney Grange is McCarthy Stone's first in a programme of 100% affordable retirement communities, built using Remagin's Category 2 MMC light gauge steel frame (LGSF) panel solutions, and grant funded through Homes England's Older Persons Shared Ownership (OPSO) scheme.   Shahi Islam said, “McCarthy Stone's Failsworth development is an excellent example of high-quality and affordable housing for older people. We are pleased to support it through our older persons shared ownership scheme which forms a key part of Homes England’s efforts to provide suitable housing and build strong communities. Expanding the use of MMC is also a priority for the programme so it’s great to see the success of the partnership with Remagin. We look forward to supporting this model and seeing it progress.”   John Tonkiss, CEO at McCarthy Stone, said: “We are delighted to showcase the first of what will be many more affordable retirement communities that we will build in partnership with Homes England and Remagin. It is a truly groundbreaking model that provides new retirement apartments at affordable prices and in parts of the country where development previously would not have been viable. We look forward to continuing this partnership in the months and years ahead.” Martin Brown Scott Bibby Paul Teverson #MMC #LGSF #OffsiteConstruction #LightGaugeSteel #Construction #RetirementLiving Etex

Inspiring ways of living. That is what we do every day. We inspire people around the world to build living spaces that are safe, sustainable, smart and beautiful. Some of our teammates even take it a step further and donate their time to support charities in local communities. In Pretoria, South Africa, for example, we helped to upgrade a local daycare centre. Thanks to our donation the centre now offers 4000 children a safer, more comfortable environment to learn and grow. We are proud of our teammates who go above and beyond to make our world a better place. A big thank you to everyone involved! 🙏 #InspiringWaysOfLiving #UnitedToInspire

Decarbonisation is one of the top priorities of our Road to Sustainability 2030, our plan to help build a better, sustainable future. To address our carbon footprint associated with fibre cement production, we plan to reduce the CO2 impact of this kind of cement utilised in our European fibre cement factories by more than 30%. We are excited to have launched our initiative this year in our plants in The Netherlands and France and plan to hit our 30% target by 2030. Taking another step closer to a more sustainable future. #RoadToSustainability2030 #Decarbonisation #UnitedToInspire #InspiringWaysOfLiving
