Since 2002, the Bałtów Social Economy Cluster in Poland has revitalised a post-industrial village into a tourist destination. This initiative, combining culture, business, and social inclusion, has created nearly 300 local jobs, supported 35 rural tourism farms, and welcomed 500 000 tourists annually. With attractions like Poland's first Jurassic Park, rafting, horse riding, and winter sports, the cluster has not only boosted the local economy but also strengthened community ties and restored heritage. Discover the Trabocchi Cycling-tourism Network in Italy: https://bit.ly/47kUFL6    Launched in 2019, this 300 km network features scenic cycling trails on country and low-traffic roads. Since 2023, the network expanded - extending its territorial scope and introducing a renewed concept, combining bike-bus lines, bike stations, and an intermodality map to explain how to navigate the area without using a car. The two complementary programs KEM and KLAR! were set up in Austria to support the country in their climate mitigation and adaptation efforts. KEM supports regions in transitioning to renewable energy, while KLAR! assists regions in climate change adaptation. Both programs operate through a bottom-up approach.
