On 8 November, we wrapped up the European Learning Academy (ELA) journey with a vibrant online closing session! Project Partners and ELA participants gathered to dive into the first evaluation results and share stories of their unique learning experiences. From new insights to memorable moments, the session captured the essence of what the ELA is all about—growth, connection, and innovation.

On 8 October, we kicked off the European Learning Academy (ELA) with a webinar for all participants! In this first phase, trainers will review the AI, VR, and SI training materials available on the EULEP e-learning platform. We are thrilled to announce the launch of the European Learning Academy (ELA) as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing Vocational Education and Training (VET) across Europe! 🌍 As part of the Erasmus+ co-funded project #EULEP, the ELA aims to equip #VET trainers with cutting-edge skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), and Social Innovation (SI). Through our innovative online platform, these trainers will undergo intensive training, gaining knowledge and expertise from leading professionals in the field. 👩🏫 What’s Happening? • Four trainers from Cyprus— Maria Evgeniou, Michalis Maimaris, Minas Kyriakou MSEE and Monica Odysseos, ACA—will be trained to become master trainers. • These trainers will then "train the trainers," ensuring VET providers across Cyprus are fully prepared to teach the next generation of learners. • The training includes both synchronous live sessions with experts and self-paced learning, utilizing the advanced materials developed under the #EULEP project. 📚 Why It Matters? This initiative is a major step toward modernizing VET and ensuring our trainers are at the forefront of digital and social innovation. By investing in our trainers, we are empowering them to deliver high-quality, relevant education that meets the needs of today’s rapidly evolving job market.
