🌟 Last week, we hosted the #BeWellLSP workshop—a truly inspiring day of collaboration and innovation! 🌿💻 The event brought together stakeholders from across the health ecosystem to address the evolving challenges and opportunities in developing digital and green skills for the workforce. Through dynamic discussions, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, we explored: ✅ Key workforce challenges such as upskilling, reskilling, and the lack of accredited training pathways. ✅ The importance of digital transformation roles like clinical informatics specialists and digital clinical safety officers. ✅ Opportunities in green skills development, emphasizing sustainability and innovative practices within health systems. ✅ Strategies for co-creation, fostering partnerships, and addressing gaps in policy and implementation. 🎯 Highlights included: Breakout groups brainstorming actionable solutions to workforce challenges in healthcare. Insightful policy briefs presented on digital and green skills, emphasizing implementation and impact. Here's what stood out: 🇦🇹🤝🇭🇺 Austria-Hungary Collaboration: A spotlight on bilateral efforts to improve cross-border ambulance services, presented by Central European Service for Cross-Border Initiatives (CESCI).
