🌟 Last week, we hosted the #BeWellLSP workshop—a truly inspiring day of collaboration and innovation! 🌿💻 The event brought together stakeholders from across the health ecosystem to address the evolving challenges and opportunities in developing digital and green skills for the workforce. Through dynamic discussions, interactive breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, we explored: ✅ Key workforce challenges such as upskilling, reskilling, and the lack of accredited training pathways. ✅ The importance of digital transformation roles like clinical informatics specialists and digital clinical safety officers. ✅ Opportunities in green skills development, emphasizing sustainability and innovative practices within health systems. ✅ Strategies for co-creation, fostering partnerships, and addressing gaps in policy and implementation. 🎯 Highlights included: Breakout groups brainstorming actionable solutions to workforce challenges in healthcare. Insightful policy briefs presented on digital and green skills, emphasizing implementation and impact. Exploring synergies with other Large-Scale Partnerships like the Health Industry and Long-Term Care ecosystems. 🌟 This morning, the Euregha team attended the Final Multiplier Event for the TETRA-S Project at the Veneto Region Brussels Office. 💬 The event focused on improving social inclusion for people with cognitive disabilities by providing educators with innovative tools and training. 🚨 Last 2024 Meeting of the @EUREGHA Working Group on #CrossBorder Health 🚨 Today, we wrapped up a productive year with our final 2024 meeting focused on strengthening cross-border healthcare collaboration. Here's what stood out: 🇦🇹🤝🇭🇺 Austria-Hungary Collaboration: A spotlight on bilateral efforts to improve cross-border ambulance services, presented by Central European Service for Cross-Border Initiatives (CESCI). Key challenges and hurdles in ensuring seamless emergency response across borders were discussed. 🌐 Cross-Border Projects Showcase: Insights from the Cross-Border Institute (Cross Border Institute) and Adriana Pérez Fortis, MSc., PhD. highlighted impactful initiatives like the #EMSdollart region and the #CHAREGD project, with a strong emphasis on primary care solutions. ☮️ Northern Ireland's PEACEPLUS Project Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) - European Funding:This transformative initiative demonstrated how cross-border collaboration can foster health and peace-building in the region. ✨ Looking Ahead: Today’s session was a reminder of the incredible potential in breaking barriers to healthcare delivery across borders.
