💡Today EFIL brought together civil society experts, education policymakers from different member states and the European institutions for an inspiring event: "The International Dimension of Secondary Schools: The Potential for Teachers, organised in the context of #LLLweek 2024 and hosted by the Lifelong Learning Platform - European Civil Society for Education. Together with OBESSU, EEE-YFU, and ATEE Teacher Education in Europe, we explored the power of internationalisation in education to transform both schools and the teaching profession. 🔝 Our aim is to continue training teachers on internationalisation, building bridges for cooperation between schools and civil society organisations to make pupil mobility a reality for everyone! 👏 A big thank you to our speakers, participants, and partners for making this event a success. Together, we’re empowering educators to inspire future global citizens!

Today, EFIL and GO! onderwijs van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap had the pleasure of hosting a key workshop for education professionals across Europe, in the context of DIPS Brussels 2024 (“Developing International Projects for Schools”). 📚 Our interactive sessions allowed participants to exchange experiences from pupil mobility 🧳, collaborate in group discussions, and explore practical ways to overcome obstacles in implementing IPM in their institutions. This exchange was particularly important in addressing common challenges around the recognition of learning outcomes. The key highlights of our workshop: 🟣 IPM as a core aspect of a successful internationalisation strategy for schools. 🟪 ETAR Project results: Practical solutions for overcoming challenges in recognising learning periods abroad. 🟣 Sharing practical tools, including learning agreements and materials to help streamline IPM processes.
