The CoARA - Coalition for Advancing Research Assessment WGACA has also participated in the 2024 #EQAF. The Workshop, titled “Alternative Career Assessment - What Can You Learn from Others?”, brought together colleagues from universities across Europe to discuss the benefits and potential challenges of implementing a comprehensive approach to academic career assessment. The outcomes of the workshop will contribute valuable insights on the forthcoming activities of the WG, particularly on the development of a draft toolbox to further support academic career assessment reforms.
