As shocking as it may sound to outsiders, the farming industry operates on many structures and processes that first emerged in the 1950s. These structures and processes focus on over-production, at the expense of the environment and at the expense of the farmers themselves. The status quo, it has become clear, is no longer sustainable. We cannot adhere to the outmoded systems and still hope to protect the environment and create better lives for farmers. At Fieldkaired, we have set out to update the farming industry. This means, to us, a complete overhaul of our farmer clients' businesses. As consultants, we will provide a wide range of services, everything that farmers need to achieve greater stability and to position themselves as true forward-thinkers in this industry. Every day, they are suffering due to the outdated systems that have persisted. Overproduction, excess debt, desertification, health problems: both to themselves and to the planet, the damage is severe and constant. We are optimistic, all the same, that through innovation and commitment, we can guide farmers toward greater profitability, meaningful up-skilling, process improvement, and true sustainability. Fieldkaired is about two things: helping farmers and protecting the planet. Both of these goals are integral t
