Then, this is for you!    Following the release of the 1st version of the FlexOffer specification, the FlexOffer User Group is organising a webinar on the 28th of May (from 9:00 to 11:00 CET) to further explain and discuss the objectives and benefits of this solution based on testimonials from end-users (Marco Krasser, Lars Bonderup Bjørn and Ludwig Karg).    The FlexOffer has been a central element in the development of innovative business models for over 10 years; being implemented in 21+ projects. This has led to a design which emerged from exchanges among multiple stakeholders,  is scalable,  compatible with the EU electricity market model, and  capable of untapping the full potential of flexibility.  Moreover, the FlexOffer is open and free!    We believe that FlexOffers are necessary for flexibility trading to become an accepted and integrated part of an energy system based on decentralized renewables. The second day of the FlexCommunity Conference 2024 was opened by Carlos Ayon Mac Gregor of B.A.U.M. Consult GmbH by exploring communities and the int:net project`s "tubes in the cube" approach. Maider Santos Mugica from TECNALIA Research & Innovation presented an int:net use case, setting the stage for parallel workshop sessions led by experts in Data Spaces, Use Cases, Regulatory Framework, and Testing Facilities. After a coffee break, the conference resumed with a presentation of the results from the parallel workshop sessions, providing a comprehensive overview of the day's discussions. The event concluded with a thought-provoking panel discussion on the role of the FlexCommunity and the int:net community. In general, the FlexConference truly provided a platform for knowledge exchange, collaborative discussions, and valuable insights into the future of flexible and interoperable energy systems. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those involved in the FlexConference 2024. We are pleased that we were able to initiate a hopefully fruitful cooperation between our and the int:net community through this event and look forward to staying in touch beyond and continuing our dialogue!
