Through this collaboration, we played a key role in the retrofit of this landmark building, making it more modern, efficient, and attractive for visionary and ambitious companies. This transformation successfully attracted new tenants for 𝟔,𝟎𝟎𝟎 sqm and retained existing tenants for 𝟏𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎 sqm, all at a new prime rent for the airport area. ✨ While our role in this exciting journey reaches its conclusion, a new chapter begins with Morgane Collin, who will take the lead as Community Manager. Her passion and the community's incredible energy will ensure that Moonar remains a vibrant and welcoming space for tenants and partners alike.
