He has worked in 🇧🇪 Brussels, 🇫🇷 Paris, and 🇨🇴 Bogotá, acting as Presiding Arbitrator, Counsel, and Tribunal Secretary.   Juan Camilo joined #HVDB in 2018 where he acts as an International Arbitrator in commercial disputes, and as Tribunal Secretary / Assistant to the Tribunal in international commercial and investment cases in the team led by Professor Bernard Hanotiau. His experience includes high-value and complex cases across various industry sectors and under a variety of arbitration rules - including #ICC, #SIAC, #ICSID, #UNCITRAL, #LCIA, and #CEPANI.   🎓 Juan Camilo holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá and obtained his #LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement ( #MIDS ) from the Geneva Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the University of Geneva, where he was awarded a merit scholarship.   📚 He is also co-founder of COLVYAP (2015) and Latin American Arbitration Practitioners | EU (2019), and was featured in the Third Edition of the 40 Under 40 International Arbitration (2024).   ⚖️ Juan Camilo has been admitted to practice in Colombia since 2013 and is registered with the Brussels Bar.
