🌟 We are thrilled to announce that project #𝐆𝐎𝐃𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐰𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 8𝐭𝐡 #𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐈 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 Belgium on EU Space for Defence & Security, an event from EU Commission and EUSPA - EU Agency for the Space Programme! 🌟
Our project combines 𝐂𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐬 (CEMS) and 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐨 (GNSS) data to deploy modular, autonomous drone fleets for real-time, high-resolution mapping in emergency scenarios and/or critical areas. With this added product, first responders gain access to high-fidelity and tailored maps, which increases significantly their situational awareness during disasters like floods, saving precious time and lives. 🚁🌍
This milestone was made possible thanks to the incredible support of the organizers, mentors, sponsors, and the tireless effort of our team: Tias Janssens, Yentl Naeye, Abelone Reuse, Lucas Stevens, Pauline van den Hove, Lars Verboven, Brian Vranken.
We are now proceeding to the EU-level competition this Wednesday, November 28th, with the invaluable support of Sopra Steria. 🚀 Thank you to everyone who believed in us and our mission to save lives with cutting-edge drone and EU satellite technology!
