    Today is a very important milestone in the story of Manhattn's. Together with my brother Philippe Vandermeulen we had the vision to bring the New York dining vibe to the world and make our dream come to reality by opening the doors of our 1st restaurant on Avenue Louise, Brussels on October 22nd 2014. 10 Years and 11 Restaurants later Manhattn’s has become much more than we could’ve ever hoped for: an enthusiastic and inspiring leadership team, a culture which embraces show hospitality, stepping out of our comfort zones to achieve great things together and never ever compromising on our artisan, fresh & unique burgers, flame-grilled Grass-Fed Irish Angus beef, homemade sauces, fresh double-cooked fries and Belgian craft beers. Today, we look to the future with humble optimism and confidence, as we prepare to enter the most exciting phase of our growth. In the next five years, we will grow not just in size but in impact, excellence, and heart. We’re not content with being just another premium burger chain. We’re setting a new standard for what it means to serve quality food combined with great hospitality in Europe and beyond.     🏆 Les défis budgétaires des années à venir sont énormes. Il faudra pour cela une économie forte et une croissance économique. Or, nous constatons de plus en plus que cette croissance est freinée par le manque de personnel. 📢 C'est pourquoi Comeos Horeca plaide en faveur des mesures suivantes: - Du net supplémentaire pour les salaires moyens bas, afin que le travail soit plus rémunérateur - L'activation des personnes inactives, notamment en limitant le chômage dans le temps - Mais pour couronner le tout, il faut aussi la migration de travail ciblée, comme le préconise aujourd'hui le PDG de notre membre Manhattn's, Jerome Vandermeulen, dans De Standaard 👇 https://lnkd.in/eDk8dTNz
