De werken voor Health Campus Limburg DC zijn gestart, inclusief de bouw van het 10 verdiepingen hoge #OpenInnovatiecentrum. 👉 Een sterke hub voor zorg en life sciences Gelegen naast incubator BioVille (LRM), dé thuisbasis voor startups en scale-ups in zorg en life sciences, zal de Health Campus toren onderdak bieden aan non-profit organisaties uit de zorg en o.a. aan het THINK3 simulation & innovation lab van de UHasselt. Op wandelafstand bevinden zich ook de labs van BIOMED-UHasselt, LCRC by UHasselt - Jessa - ZOL, Faculteit Revalidatiewetenschappen UHasselt, Faculteit Geneeskunde en Levenswetenschappen UHasselt, imo-imomec en Data Science Institute (DSI) UHasselt, wat de perfecte voedingsbodem creëert voor samenwerking en innovatie. 👉 Meer dan gebouwen: een dynamisch ecosysteem Naast state-of-the-art infrastructuur zetten we sterk in op innovatie en ecosystemen. In January this year, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, established 14 working groups tasked with finding solutions to key challenges facing the European economy. One of these is the Start-up Working Group, which aims to develop a coherent EU policy for start-ups and scaleups. Planned legal changes are expected to improve the regulatory framework for businesses in these sectors.
