After an internship in HR and a payroll assignment, she developed a true passion for recruitment. Her thesis on hiring discrimination fueled her commitment to promoting a more inclusive and fair recruitment process. Thanks to Andrea Bravo, our country director who is driving the development of our business in Luxembourg!✨   Originally from Mexico, Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business. Her rich career journey has taken her across Europe, the US, and Mexico, where she has thrived in multicultural environments.🌍 With a diverse background in business consulting and talent acquisition, Andrea began her career in Frankfurt, Germany, as a Business Consultant. There, she helped Mexican companies establish a foothold in Europe and supported German businesses in investing in Mexico, primarily in the automotive sector. 🚗 Later, she joined a global recruitment firm in Mexico City, where she played a pivotal role in launching the Engineering & Manufacturing division, specializing in Supply Chain & Procurement as well.   After relocating to Luxembourg, Andrea shifted her focus to recruiting Finance and Tax professionals across various industries.
