This water is free from minerals and salts, ensuring a pure and residue-free surface. This rinse is essential to remove any remaining nickel solution and prevent mineral deposits like limescale. 📢 Our third gas scrubber has now been installed and fine-tuned! Thanks to this investment, the produced fumes are efficiently extracted and filtered, improving not only the working environment but also the quality of our nickel plating. During our collective closure, we've made significant progress! With the installation of two additional scrubbers, we've tripled our extraction capacity. Nickel plating is a chemical process that occurs at temperatures above 90 °C, and this new installation ensures more efficient extraction and filtration of the produced fumes. This not only creates a more pleasant working environment in our production hall, but also significantly contributes to the quality of our nickel work. #quality #keepgrowing
