About us
Neuhaus is a manufacturer of Belgian luxury chocolates, delicious biscuits and artisanal ice cream. The company was founded in Brussels in 1857 by Jean Neuhaus, who opened a first store in the Galeries St.-Hubert. In 1912, his grandson, Jean Neuhaus II, invented the chocolate bonbon or 'praline'. Three years later, the 'ballotin' was invented to avoid that the pralines were crushed together. Today, Neuhaus is more popular than ever and has over 500 selling points in 50 countries. All Neuhaus delicacies are still made in Vlezenbeek, near Brussels, and are exported worldwide. The company was named Accredited Supplier to the Belgian Crown.

Last week, the prestigious Soudal Open, a highlight on the DP World Tour, shone with elegance and excellence at Rinkven Golfclub, as we were honoured to be a partner for the third consecutive year. From the green, where our Maître Chocolatier enchanted Pro-Am players with our famous Caprice live chocolate dipping experience, to the 18th hole where our pralines brought pure delight to the hospitality guests, Neuhaus added a touch of refinement to every moment. The crowning glory was presenting the Neuhaus Best of Belgium Trophy to Thomas Pieters who had the best Belgian performance and claimed a brilliant second place overall.
