Exploring the future of work & the freelance economy

About us

NextConomy is a Belgian online knowledge platform and community for anyone involved in the changing world of (freelance) work and (flexible) work organization. We aim to stimulate the debate on the fast-evolving world of work and how organizations and stakeholders such as the political and academic world should respond to this. We create blogs to fill our knowledge platform, produce free-to-download white papers and ebooks, and organize webinars, round table sessions, debate evenings, and in-person meetups. NextConomy's mission is supported by partners who share our vision and provide us with input on what is happening in their part of the labor market. We are a bilingual, Dutch, and French platform with a bilingual editorial team of which Jean Francois Dinant is the chief editor. NextConomy was launched in 2017 as an initiative by Hugo-Jan Ruts and Marleen Deleu. Would your organization also like to become a partner of NextConomy?
