  • Why OnTracx is a must-have for physiotherapists ! Physiotherapists, imagine being able to track your patient’s load progression over time — not just during sessions in your practice but also in their day-to-day training sessions. With OnTracx, you can now monitor and visualize this load accurately, giving you clear, data-driven insights to guide patients safely through each stage of their return-to-run journey. Here’s how: 1️⃣ Initial screening: personalized load analysis Start the recovery journey with precise data on each patient’s unique load factors, such as running style, footwear, and terrain. OnTracx gives you a complete picture of the patient’s mechanics, allowing you to identify the cues and adjustments that reduce load effectively for each individual. 2️⃣ During patient’s return-to-run: real-time adjustments During the early stages of a patient’s return-to-run program, load monitoring is critical, as the load on the musculoskeletal system is significantly higher than in typical strengthening exercises. OnTracx lets you see if each session aligns with the planned load progression, enabling real-time adjustments based on individualized cumulative load data. 3️⃣ Extended care: complete patient monitoring Even when patients transition out of direct physiotherapist supervision, OnTracx continues to provide valuable insights. In the event of a setback or re-injury detailed load data is available, offering deeper insights into potential root causes. Discover why more professionals are choosing OnTracx to enhance patient outcomes! 👉🏻 https://lnkd.in/e4b6JDdw #OnTracx #RunningScience #InjuryPrevention #InjuryFreeRunning #SaferRehabilitation

  • 💡 Key takeaways from our event We had an incredible time discussing the future of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and load management using real-time data with OnTracx. From hands-on demonstrations to insightful talks, our community of physiotherapists, sports doctors, and healthcare professionals explored the power of innovation in rehabilitation and injury prevention. Missed the event? No worries! Here are some key takeaways: 🏃♂️ Most overuse injuries occur when the cumulative load on muscles and bones becomes too much. 💪 Increasing load tolerance can prevent injuries but takes time (8+ months). ❌ The 10% rule in running doesn’t actually reduce injuries. 👟 Load is highly individual. Factors like your running style, shoes, and terrain matter. 📊 Load differs between runners, even if they cover the same distance at the same speed. Conclusion: There’s a strong need to measure load accurately and in-the-field to support both recovery and injury prevention. Go to our website and see how we solve this for you. Let us know if you're looking for expert speakers on this topic for your next event, we're open for more opportunities! Let's keep the conversation going and help runners to stay #OnTracx! 🚀

  • 🤯 Did you know two runners can have a 228% difference in load during the same run? How does this relate to OnTracx? OnTracx is the first technology to measure the impact load of every step you take outside using smart algorithms and a wearable sensor. Your load is unique, influenced by many factors like running style, body composition and shoes. Even during the same training, the load on each runner can vary a lot. This matters because injuries often happen when the load exceeds what your body can handle. Our app helps to make this data visible and easy to understand, so you can train smarter and prevent 80% of lower limb injuries related to overuse such as runners knee, shin splints, achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, stress fractures & many others.
