  • Exciting things are happening here... Yesterday we gathered to brainstorm, improve, and plan for the future. We came together for a Great Place to Work 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 with teams from all over the company.    We spent the day diving into our results, sharing ideas on how to improve, and brainstorming some exciting new projects. 🧠💡   We’re proud to be 𝗚𝗣𝗧𝗪 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, but we know that’s just the beginning. It’s important to us to gather feedback and define projects for the year ahead so we can keep improving every day.    This workshop is all about living our value of "𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗤𝘂𝗼." We’re always looking for ways to get better, and that starts with listening to each other.   Want to know more about what makes us a Great Place to Work? • Did you know that New York has its own sound? Our new colleague Jan Vanden Boer swears by it. The roar of the subway, honking taxis, and music on every corner. And if anyone would know, it’s Jan. He started with us this Monday as 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱, working with Caroline Ottevaere, and brings a suitcase full of great stories. He lived and worked in Berlin, then spent seven years in New York, and just last month, he returned to Belgium. He did not waste any time and jumped straight into work with us. He will mainly be based in Ghent, but if you run into him, be prepared. Mention New York, and you might find yourself deep in conversation. From hidden gems to the best street food, Jan knows it all. And if anyone here is into hardcore punk and metal, Jan is too. So if you need a concert buddy or just want to blast some heavy tunes at your desk, you know who to reach out to. Welcome, Jan. We are excited to have you on board!

In January, Pauwels Consulting has kicked off the new year with a new internal structure designed to empower our recruitment and sales teams to work more efficiently than ever. This improvement ensures that we can better serve both our clients and consultants with the quality and care they expect.🤝 On top of that, we’ve successfully completed the follow-up audit of our ISO 9001 certificate, reaffirming the high standards of our quality management system. And our quality management system has proven its ability to remain flexible and effective, even within a new internal structure, ensuring continued compliance and adaptability to change. This certification highlights our commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service. ✅ With this new structure and recognition of our efforts, we’re ready to tackle the future with confidence and determination! While we have our own quality and compliance experts in-house, the audits at Pauwels Consulting for our ISO 9001 quality management system are conducted by our external certification body, LRQA LRQA is responsible for granting and maintaining our ISO 9001 certification, ensuring an independent and objective assessment of our quality management system. Do you have questions about how we help clients obtain ISO certification or how we support them in their quality and compliance journeys?
