However, addressing supply issues is complex and requires tailored solutions. Challenges can arise from various factors, such as manufacturing constraints, limited capacity due to lengthy investment lead times, and unexpected surges in demand from public health emergencies, improved diagnostics, evolving medical practices, forecasting errors, or other factors diverting supply from the patients.
