ISO 27001 Training Information security is becoming increasingly crucial, especially for port platforms where essential data is exchanged. That’s why our colleagues Louis Deltour and Tim Michielsen from the Digital Business Analysis team at PoABI attended an intensive training on ISO 27001 standards this week. This training, organized by the globally accredited DNV, equips us to better support port authorities in implementing ISO 27001. The interactive sessions were engaging and practical, with plenty of exercises to truly master the material. 🚢 Port of Antwerp-Bruges International is ready to apply this expertise to strengthen information security in our customers’ ports! 🔒 #InformationSecurity #ISO27001 #PortSecurity #PoABI

A Milestone in Our Collaboration with the Port Authority of Cotonou We’re proud to celebrate an important step in our partnership with the Port of Cotonou and le Bureau d’Embauche Unique, the organization managing port labor. After a year of dedication—marked by countless meetings, renovations, and preparation—the big moment arrived last week: the official opening of the PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Center for dockworkers at the Port of Cotonou! This initiative is all about equipping dockworkers with the right clothing and protective gear to ensure they can perform their jobs safely and efficiently. To take it a step further, we’ve introduced a digital system that ensures each worker receives the PPE tailored to their specific role. Additionally, our new inventory management system helps maintain stock levels and streamlines reordering processes. We’re starting with locally-made T-shirts (proudly produced in Benin by GDIZ - Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone) and phase two will bring shoes, gloves, and helmets into the mix. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this project a reality, including PAC and Enabel. Together, we’re driving positive change! #PortofCotonou #Safetyfirst #MadeinBenin #Collaboration #workplaceSafety Colleagues: Ann Baats Eva Vyncke Jord L.
