  • The average age in our company dropped about 10 years last week!😉   We had the pleasure of welcoming 20 enthusiastic students to our lab. They got an inside look at our daily routines for analyzing food samples - and maybe even discovered their future career path.   It was an inspiring and educational day for the students, and a big thank you to Lies Hubau and Wendel D'Hondt for hosting such an engaging tour!   #howest #youngtalentintraining

We are thrilled to announce that the latest batch of QRM Silver graduates has officially received their certificates! 🎓✨ The certificates were presented in a special online ceremony, personally hosted by the visionary creator of Quick Response Manufacturing, Rajan Suri. But the celebration didn’t stop there! The graduates had the privilege of visiting Pattyn Metal Constructions, where CEO Jan Pauwels shared his inspiring journey and lessons learned - the good, the bad and the ugly. He detailed how embracing QRM principles turned his company’s story from one of being on the verge of bankrupcy in 2007 to doubling its revenue today. Achieved with the same team, the same space and... a remarkable profitability on top of it. Jan’s story serves as a testament to the transformative power of QRM, proving how it can revolutionize operations, deliver incredible results, while also putting quick delivery times front and center. Curious to know how QRM can improve your operations too? Read up on the dozens of articles we have available: https://lnkd.in/e7FpQa47 or reach out to Pascal Pollet. A big congratulations to all our new QRM Silver graduates for joining this growing movement of operational excellence! 👏 Here’s to your continued success in driving innovation and efficiency in your industries. • Notifications are increasing.   Data from the ACN (The Alert and Cooperation Network) reveals an increase in safety notifications across RASFF, AAC, FFN & PH networks. Top notifying countries are Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany.   RASFF notifications breakdown: 🔸89% for food 🔸 6% for feed 🔸4% for food contact materials   Check out the numbers in the slider below for more insights!   More information on ACN and RASFF via 👉https://lnkd.in/eeq6NGvk

Or maybe you’re struggling to keep track of all the food safety authorities involved. Here’s an easy overview to help you understand the process! 👇 𝗔𝗙𝗦𝗖𝗔: For our Belgian friends, this one is familiar! The Belgian Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain is the national authority responsible for ensuring food safety in Belgium. They play a critical role in monitoring and enforcing food safety regulations.   𝗘𝗙𝗦𝗔: The European Food Safety Authority is the brains behind the EU food safety policies. EFSA provides scientific advice and communication on existing and emerging food safety issues. Their assessments guide EU policy and decision-making.    𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗙𝗙: The Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed helps authorities share health risk info across EU member states. Think of it as AFSCA’s hotline to Europe when food safety issues pop up. This system ensures prompt action to protect consumers across borders.   𝗔𝗖𝗡: The Alert and Cooperation Network connects EU food safety authorities, helping them work together on issues such as food fraud, administrative assistance, and plant health. It’s supported by iRASFF to ensure fast, accurate data exchange across multiple networks.   𝗶𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗙𝗙: Speaking of speed, iRASFF, the digital system for RASFF, allows real-time communication and cooperation among member states. This is enhancing the efficiency of food safety management.   𝗗𝗚 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘 Part of the European Commission, this body is responsible for EU policies on food safety and health, ensuring that food and feed laws are applied uniformly across the EU.   𝗔𝗔𝗖:  The Administrative Assistance and Cooperation Network enhances cooperation among EU member states regarding official controls and food safety. Making sure member states help each other out when it comes to food safety controls. 🤝   𝗙𝗙𝗡: The Agri-Food Fraud Network focuses on preventing and addressing food fraud, ensuring integrity throughout the food supply chain. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞? Knowing who’s who helps you stay on top regulations, reduce risks, and protect your consumers. Plus, it’s always good to have the right contacts when things get tricky! 😌   Any questions? We are here for you! 👉 customercare@primoris-lab.com or +32 (0)9 330 10 10
