✨ A Magical Night to Close an Incredible Year! ✨ Last night, we celebrated the Professional Women International Brussels (PWI Brussels) Christmas Event, and what an unforgettable evening it was! 🌟 We were inspired by our excellent speaker Rosanna Kurrer, whose insights left us energized and reflective. 🎁 Our festive tombola added excitement and generosity to the night, featuring wonderful gifts from ELIN Cosmetics bv, Brussels International Music Academy (Brima), and Jewellery Katerina Marmagioli—thank you for your support! 🎤 To top it all off, an outstanding singer graced us with her talent, creating an enchanting atmosphere that warmed all our hearts. A special thank you to Korn Ferry for so generously offering us their beautiful offices as a venue for this magical evening—your support made it all possible! Every attendee received a gift and our volunteers were celebrated for their commitment and engagement! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and made this night so special. Professional Women International Brussels (PWI Brussels) was honoured to support EWMD Network and Brussels Declaration event, "Redefining Workplace Equity: Let's Stop Fixing Women and Embrace Systemic Solutions" at The Nine.  The presence of our VP Treasurer Ozana Popescu, and our Advisory Board member Rhonda A. Ocha is demonstrating our commitment to addressing systemic gender equality challenges. 🌍✨ We were inspired by keynote speaker Carmen Niethammer, Senior Gender Specialist at the European Investment Bank (EIB), who emphasized the importance of discussing the business case supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). The panel discussion featured incredible speakers who each added unique perspectives: 🔹 Lee Chambers shared how engaging men as allies can drive real inclusion. 🔹 Emily van Putten offered a powerful viewpoint on diversity and equity in tech. 🔹 Melissa Mesek presented findings from her academic research on real solutions that work. 🔹 Miranda Dawkins contributed valuable insights from a UK Civil Service trade and policy perspective. A big thank you to Nadine Nembach and Jura Pascual for their brilliant moderation, which kept the discussions engaging and impactful!
