Do you have 10 minutes to help us evaluate and update the statement "Our world - our goals: Citizen Science for the Sustainable Development Goals" of the ECS project? 📝 ECS aims to strengthen citizen science as a valuable research approach for scientific excellence and sustainable development in Europe. To this end, we are co-designing an updated version of the statement "Our World - Our Goals: Citizen Science for the Sustainable Development Goals", which was drafted collaboratively in 2020 by more than 60 citizen science practitioners and other stakeholders from across Europe. As a first step, we are conducting a survey to assess the extent to which the eleven recommendations contained in this statement have been implemented, to find out what needs to be done to implement the recommendations that have not yet been realised and to ask what new recommendations should be added. The City of Kranj is buzzing with citizen science projects 🦋🌷🐝🌸 🇸🇮 In an effort to raise awareness on bees and pollinators, the Kranj City Library organised a series of expert lectures on natural and urban beekeeping, endangerment of bees, the medicinal properties of bee products, and the role of wild pollinators in ensuring biodiversity.
