Originally active in the trade of sand and gravel and the production of quick-build stone, over the years our focus shifted to the loading and unloading of ocean-going vessels and the storage of goods. Thanks to this specialisation in stevedoring, RCT is internationally recognised today. Koen Van Duyse has been at the helm since 2004. Under his leadership, the company continued to grow and innovate steadily. This year, in cooperation with crane company D. Buermans from Olen, we installed a Mantsinen 300 handling crane at our site in Willebroek - a strong example of entrepreneurship between two partners. Two new covered warehouses were also recently completed, with a combined surface area of 7,200 m2. 📣 Our new warehouses are operational! 📣 RCT Stevedoring is proud to announce that the construction of two new warehouses, with a total area of no less than 7,200 m², was recently completed. The sheds are already fully commissioned and significantly strengthen our storage capacity. Each shed measures 103 metres by 35 metres and is equipped with extra-heavy concrete floors and concrete side walls, specifically designed for the storage of heavy coils and various bulk goods. Both sheds are equipped with an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 40 tonnes, ensuring efficient and safe loading and unloading of heavy loads. With this expansion, RCT Stevedoring now has 32,000 m² of covered storage space and 70,000 m² of open storage space.
