Recticel Insulation and Sika won the Energy Category at this year’s Perifem Awards with their Light Roof system! It enables the renovation of steel deck flat roofs and the installation of photovoltaic panels without reinforcing the existing roof construction, while allowing operation of the building to continue during the works. Recticel Group is proud to announce that its greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets have been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This global body is accelerating efforts by businesses across the world to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero before 2050. Our short-term targets for 2030 and long-term targets for 2050 were submitted in July 2023 and approved on 14 February 2024.
