🚀 Job Shadowing Day with PhD Talent! 🎓 We recently had the pleasure of welcoming three talented PhD candidates for a job shadowing day: Alba Benítez Boldo, Xinhui Jing, and Laurens Biesmans. 🔍 What did the job shadowing entail? They participated in a client briefing to observe how we translate client expectations into clear instructions for the team. Later, they joined a candidate screening session and conducted interviews. How did they perceive the job shadowing? The candidates expressed enthusiasm for being actively engaged and appreciated being encouraged to ask critical questions. Curious to find out more? We’re still looking for more PhD students to join our team, just like we successfully did with Kristof Vermote, Björn Carré, and Jo Heirman.
