One of the first concepts I created when I started at Gondola Society (almost) 5 years ago, was the RET-Talks.  Designed as a nod to both Retail and TED Talks, RET-Talks brings together around 25 CEOs (only Gondola Society members) for a unique lunch experience, featuring an inspiring speaker and the chance to connect with peers. Back in 2020, amid the challenges of Covid, we saw a huge demand from CEOs who wanted a safe space to spar with fellow leaders.
