Vendredi 17 janvier 2025: lancement de l'Executive Programme "Future-Proof Real Estate". Un programme de formation entièrement consacré à l'avenir du secteur de la construction et de l'immobilier - organisé par Solvay Lifelong Learning | Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management, l' Ecole polytechnique de Bruxelles et la Faculté d'Architecture La Cambre Horta de l'ULB. Avec "rien que des gens formidables" dans l'équipe pédagogique (dont mes distingués collègues à la direction académique Vincent Gérin, Géraldine Lacasse et Benoit Moritz). Ce vendredi, c'était notamment notre premier cours consacré à la transition du secteur immobilier (avec ma chère co-titulaire Noémie de Crombrugghe) et à la définition-même d'un immobilier "future-proof". Merci infiniment à Isabelle De Bruyne, Chief Sustainability Officer de CFE, qui nous a présenté sa vision d'un secteur de la construction travaillant véritablement en éco-système, et son appel à plus d'ambition et d'audace ! Merci (tout aussi) infiniment à Quentin Jossen de CLIMACT, qui a partagé avec nos étudiants les critères auxquels devrait répondre un environnement bâti "future-proof", et en a déduit les actions qui s'imposent aux acteurs d'un secteur immobilier en mutation. Et enfin, merci infiniment (et au-delà) au parrain de notre programme (on voulait dire "ambassadeur", mais décidément "parrain", c'est plus humain), Benjamin Cadranel, qui nous a vanté les mérites de "l'intensité urbaine" et de la nécessité "d'embrasser" la complexité des enjeux urbains. Ce n'était que le début ! Merci à tous nos intervenants et nos participants !
