😻 De kat is uit de zak! 😻 Deze week heb ik het plezier gehad op te starten bij StaffYourTribe na een "soft launch" op hun plezant nieuwjaarsevenement vorige week! Hier kan ik mijn voorbije ervaringen combineren in een geweldige sfeer met geweldige mensen rondom mij! Binnen StaffYourTribe zal ik als operations manager het recruitment/sales team begeleiden en coachen, de belangen van onze kandidaten en klanten voorop stellen en zien dat het bedrijf de mooie groei van de afgelopen jaren kan verder zetten 💪 ! We zijn nog maar een paar dagen ver, maar het voelt aan alsof ik er al jaren rondloop. 🚀 New Triber incoming! 🚀 At the start of this month, Kenneth Van Bogget became part of our internal team as Operations Manager, and we’re beyond excited to have him on board! We asked him to share his vision on recruitment: "The thing about recruitment is: it’s the ultimate people-business. Your clients are obviously people but the candidates you propose to them are people as well, just as the other recruiters you are working with. All day, every day your job is to talk to people, to understand them, to help them overcome their challenges by finding the right person for the right position at the right moment. This is what attracted me to recruitment in the first place and has kept me in the business in one way or another since 2011.
