We are excited to share that the new program Future Ready Expert for our talented experts has reached its halfway point! This program combines both external and internal workshops. After covering topics such as the VUCA world, Growth Mindset, Innovation, and Creativity, presented by Ondřej Štos from humancraft, we continued with an internal workshop focused on sharing and mutual inspiration. We revisited the importance of our company values and vision, which support us in embracing changes while keeping us grounded and guiding us in the right direction. A big thank you to Jaroslav Konvalina and Tomáš Sojka for joining us and sharing the goals of their Business Units and the innovative partnerships being formed. We also extend our gratitude to Jan Landa for introducing the SympH2ony joint venture. Equally interesting were the presentations created by the participants themselves, showcasing new innovative activities within their departments. Would you believe that honey is being produced on the roof of Palác Anděl in the heart of Prague? 🍯 This is all thanks to the 🐝 Bees on Roofs 🐝 project. This project is part of a national research program focused on bees, the environment, and ecology. 🚦 HIYARI HATTO Initiative: Round 1 Results! 🚦 Module assembly department from the TTESA Czech Republic Branch proudly announces the results of the 1st round of our "HIYARI HATTO" activity, aimed at identifying and mitigating risks by our traffic employees. Within the 1st round, our dedicated team identified and described 16 potential risk areas. Management has evaluated these findings, approved necessary elimination steps, and recognized the top 3 contributors. However, all participants were given small tokens of appreciation for their valuable contributions. 🎉🎉🎉 Examples of the implemented kaizens are showcased in the picture below. I v Africe je nutné starat se o místní vozový park 🚛 🚘 No, někdy to ale se zambijskými cestami opravdu není jednoduché a oprav bývá dost. #highwaytohell Co dělat, když neziskovce s omezenými prostředky přestane uprostřed stavebního projektu fungovat tolik potřebný vůz? Je to Toyota, tak co takhle požádat o pomoc některou z firem ze skupiny Toyota? Přesně to jsme udělali 📣 Oslovili jsme Toyota Tsusho Europe. Spolupráce a ochota pomoci byla nečekaná a rychlost neuvěřitelná. Potřebná součástka do motoru byla zajištěná během pár hodin. Pak jsme ale zjistili, že přeprava do Afriky bude časově náročná 📭 🚘 Proto jsme velmi vděčni, že Toyota Tsusho Europe SA Czech Republic Branch nabídla příspěvek na opravu auta přímo v Africe a my byli během jednoho dne opět mobilní. Bylo to velmi důležité, protože autem zajišťujeme dopravu většiny materiálu, ale i nás samotných 👫 #partnership Díky, že jsme i díky Vám mohli bezpečně dojet tam, kam bylo potřeba 📍
