De Meet in Flanders Academy (MiFA) vond dit jaar plaats in Concertgebouw Brugge. Met de MiFA wil VISITFLANDERS Convention Bureau professionals uit de Vlaamse congres- en eventsector verbinden en inspireren. Het thema van dit jaar gaat over toegankelijke en inclusieve events. Wat verstaan we onder toegankelijkheid, inclusiviteit en diversiteit? Wat zijn de specifieke uitdagingen op dat vlak? Hoe maak je je communicatie inclusiever zijn de onderwerpen die aan bod komen.
