🎯 The customer is always right 🎯
Even when you sometimes think they aren’t...
I often hear this from colleagues (yesterday again … two times!) : "The customer made the decision, but we didn’t agree with it. That’s why the solution isn’t working."
But remember this: it’s not the customer, but the consultant, the creator, the designer, or the implementer who ends up stuck with substandard work.
The customer pays the bills, and their satisfaction is a responsibility we must bear. Poor work can’t be blamed on the client—it sticks to us as professionals.
For me, collaboration isn’t just about pushing your own vision, but about integrating all perspectives—the customer’s, the market’s, the end user’s, and your own—as seamlessly as possible so that we all win.
And in my experience, this recipe has always worked well.
