🌟 2024 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬! 🌟 🚀 This year, Whitelane conducted its most comprehensive survey yet, gathering feedback from over 280 participants representing Germany's leading IT-spending organisations. 🌟 2024 Spanish IT Sourcing Study Results 🌟 🚀 The 2024 Spanish IT Sourcing Study, conducted in collaboration with Eraneos, is our largest yet, with insights from 300 of Spain's top IT-spending organisations. This comprehensive report evaluates nearly 900 unique IT sourcing relationships and over 750 cloud platform partnerships, providing invaluable perspectives on the leading IT service and cloud platform providers. Key Findings 📊 • 💶 43% of respondents plan to spend more of their IT budget on external providers (up 9%), while 31% expect no change, 13% plan to spend less, and 13% remain uncertain. • 📈 Scalability and access to talent are the primary reasons organisations plan to spend more on external providers. • 🌍 Onshore outsourcing (within Spain) is gaining traction—27% plan to increase this delivery model, while only 6% anticipate a decrease. • 🤖 Only 14% of organisations report a significant or transformative impact from AI/GenAI on their business today, with over 50% not using it yet. • 🔒 Security remains the top focus for investment, followed by automation.
