We kicked off 2025 with a bang 💥 The Xylos business units playfully put themselves in the picture with a Bond-style casino corner, Slovenian specialties, the Wheel of Fortune with charming assistants, an archery stand, and more fun and games. We got an insight into the roadmap for 2025 and celebrated the proud winners of the very first Xylos Awards. Als vaste IT-partner mochten we Kaneka Belgium NV adviseren bij de keuze van een nieuwe, veilige back-upoplossing. Graduation time 🎓 De 7 deelnemers van ons Xylos Young Graduates programma zijn met vlag en wimpel geslaagd! Tijdens 4 intensieve en leerrijke maanden ontdekten ze Xylos in al zijn facetten, leerden ze professioneel omgaan met klanten, en werkten ze zelf een project uit. Vandaag kregen ze van trotse begeleider Maarten een officieel diploma. Benieuwd wat deze enthousiaste collega's nog voor ons in petto hebben 🤩

Afgelopen weekend mochten we een eregast verwelkomen bij Xylos: Sinterklaas. Een traditie die elk jaar zorgt voor lachende gezichtjes (ook bij de ouders, niet waar Frederik 😉) Als familiebedrijf vinden we het heel belangrijk om voor onze medewerkers én hun gezin warme en waardevolle geluksmomentjes te creëren.
